Another crew rescued, it seem the brighton beach
station is somewhat busy those time :)

Anyway :congrat:   (oh damn no smiley ot that sort) ?

No need really for the attitude MFD the EVA suite have one
that give you your relative velocity to a target.

Press "M" until "target mode" (not ground mode)

Press "N" until it show the GL-Rescue. (Or "A" will pick the closest target)

rotate until both "heading" and "pitch" show 0°
you are now pointing at the GL-REscue:

Z show your speed toward or backward the ship
X your lateral left/right speed
Y show you ascending or descending speed.

Go into linear RCS mode and try to null your speed
or give a Z component if you want to approach the Rescue ship.

Notice that it's relative speed so if you rotate 90° left for example
(The ship is now at your right instead of in front of you)
The Z component become X component

Pressing "S" put you in "fine RCS" mode so you can make small adjustment.

Anyway the rel speed display is very intuitive, if you don't understand its
because as usual my english explainaition s... :)

No, no, don't get me wrong, I know about the relative velocity indications and yes it is totally
intuitive, the distance, direction and speed, BUT ... I am a lazy bum of a pilot, sitting around the
cockpit, looking tough and smart, for minimum effort, but the pay is good 8)

And on that note, I agree and suggest we retire this thread.

Still loving the DG here, but noticed a little bug that occured 3 times to me, but gave a bunus.
When I shut the dg dow completly and powerd it u using the emergency cell, as usual the huors
under full power with the emergency cell was minimum, but when I opend up the antenna, the
meter jumed to some 12+ hurs of power time remaining. Although I loved the extra time, I was
wondering id Spock was beaming me some xtra power.

just thought I'd let ya know
