With all the work waiting us on Phobos two turbopacks will be welcome.
Of course we must EVA to wear them but anyway we are already outside

Damn!!!! (In a very GOOD way)

So does that mean they're ejectable, then Dockable to the backs of our young recruits in glistening mylar?

Does it also mean we can shoot laser guns and reenact many a james bond episode?

I would also like some chocolate milk.

What happens with a rocket pack(or whatever it runs on) on Phobos? I assume you might go flying off to Mars shortly
after starting them.

Looks like one Sweeeeet Base.  :applause:
I was compelled to try Google's new translate feature on the Francophone side of things to scrutinize the three
pages of french comments and praise for extra info on this huge new base.

This is the most understandable part translated to english:

"Still ate you a clown not fresh you?
(Or then a grass abuse which makes laugh?  )
DaN"

...So I think that says it all.   ~Well done, DaN!

It looks like now I have an excuse to play Orbiter again.
I have been so busy with Mesh Wizard that I almost forgot that Orbiter even exists.
I even realized too late about the 2006 Orbiter patch.

Wait, I am not quite clear: Will this rendition of the DG3 have a VC?

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!

That doesn't quite sum up my current feelings.

I've missed a lot, what with Advanced Level education kicking in.
All this work looks amazing and I can't wait for Tuesday.

One question, what about a virtual cockpit? I know it's too much to ask for, but it's at the top of my wish list.

Plain true... with current technology it's impossible but DGIII is a futuristic vessel.

In an other manner O2 consumption and life support are realistic and based on real data.
So what is realist: crashing at 7000ms without any hurt and having never breathing people
aboard or ? ...

In all things balance ;)

Sorry DGIII is impossible:

either I do a simple VC and it will be useless because you alway need to switch to 2d panel
either I do the full panel and it will take me 3 month and it will require the latest PC
to run because of all the instruments shown.
