Strobe lights on DGII

Hello.

This is a question mostly concerning DanSteph.  Dan, how did you add the flashing strobe lights on
the DGII?  I'm asking because Donamy has created an wonderful Shuttle Training Aircraft(STA) and
wants to have some form of strobe lights on the STA. Could you maybe post the code and
instructions on how to add it?
