Tyco Lunar Base for Orbiter 2016

This mod adjusts the Tyco base by MattDecker for use in Orbiter 2016.

installation instructions:

1. extract the original mod into orbiter root
2. extract this mod in orbiter root, overwrite the cfg file

That's it!
