DGIV Installer?

I know the site is under construction, however, I just reformated my computer and I can't find any link to a DGIV installer anywhere on the internet. Is there any way someone might send me one or upload it somewhere?

Also, why is the DGIV listed as incompatible with the DX11 client? What gives there?
