UCGO Cargo doesn't stay unpacked

When I save a scenario all of the modules repack themselves. How can this be fixed?

No solution to this problem I'm afraid.
Its an incompatability between Orbiter 2010 and UCGO, Dan is aware of it but does not have the free time to redesign UCGO.
It does work fine in Orbiter 2006.
