UCGO and Steering Radius

This is my first post. I have a question.

Is there a way to adjust the actual steering radius (not the visual but actual) of a car in UCGO using the simple config files? I'm trying to build a large barge and it turns on a dime. Not very realistic. I tried the lateral adjustment but it doesn't work.
