airlock shape issue

I am tring to get an airlock on my spacestation.  Using mesh wizard these are the dimension from the mesh.
Crew.DefineAirLockShape(TRUE,-28,-37,32,45,37,46);

but When I run it i get no one on board even though I have them listed in the scenario.  any ideas?
