Recently I got orbiter060504 and 060929 on to my computer (060504 from a backup drive) and downloaded DGIV and orbitersound 3.5.
Orbitersound installed just fine but all of the files from the DGIV installer come up as 0KB and are therefore empty, thus
causing an error each time I try to enter a DGIV scenario. So can you guys help me? (note: I do install to orbiter060929)

Simple.

1- Check your hardisk space (it should read 4GB and above.)

2- Delete the 060504 orbiter version (what a whole waste of hardsik space!).

3- Download and install the orbiter PATCH P1.

4- Download and re-install the DGIV.

5- Check that the DGIV meshes are installed and have a size bigger than 0kb.

6- Delete other unesccesary stuff on your computer.

7- Try deleting some add-ons for orbiter.

8- Run the DGIV scenario: 'Performance_test_best'

9- Get that big load of tin cans off the ground.

P.S.: PLEASE DO NOT VAPORIZE MY DGIV!!! (Ha Ha)
