Just wondering why mp3 is not possible to use if we create our own pack for a certain frequency.

Is it a future possibility ? I want to make audio tutorials, but wav will make them much to big.

Why? MP3 seems to be ubiquitous and I've had problems with programs reading OGG files in the past.

MP* need a lot of processor time, it work for one music but it would cause a lot
of problems when 12-15 sound play in same time...
