The name insert part of the DG III config is glitched (in XP at least). I insert these names:

Freespace
Krytom
Dansteph
McBrain

and I click OK, then i go onto edit names and the names are now:

DanSteph
Krytomph
McBrainh

Now I try and try again but they are not fixed. Notice Freespace has vanished completely!

Why does this happen? Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be the OS?

Help :help:

I never have that problem, even though I have the same OS as him. :wonder: I have no idea what could be causing
the problem, maybe it's the way you instert the names.

I'm flattered that you included me in your strange voyage, except for the fact that I have 'ph' at the end of my name.

I did not add the 'ph' at the end of your name. If you read the post properly then you would have found that the
program added that. Not me.

Do not worry, I have only me in my DG III at the moment, 'cos of the bug. I wonder why that happens. Also Dan I
think there is a typo in the flight computer checklist, I can't remember where though.

It looks like it copies the end of the biggest name onto the others.

I'll tell you a little trick.

Enter the 1st passenger name:
William
Ben<space><space><space><space>
John<space><space><space><space><space>
Etc.

If you put loads of spaces after the next names, it will think the name is really long, longer than the 1st passenger
name!
