How the atmospheric mode of flight (without RCS) is realized?

If it's about the dgII for now it's just a workaround
using thrust but the next version will include moving
aileron part and flight model using moving part.

It will be a "built in" feature of the incoming Orbiter version
(under beta right now)

Thank for the reply, Dan. But, I can't understand - how it is made so, that use of thrust does not
cause sound effects? By the way, when it is planned to release new version of Orbiter?
