I think I've asked this question before, but is it possible to have an option to turn off the autopilot
yaw function?

If you don't do a lot of fancy calculations you have to fine tune the inclination at the top of the
acent. I don't like doing unnesseceary large plane changes :). Fighting the autopilot don't seem
quite right to me. (and wastes pressious fuel)

Maybe the autopilot yaw could be turned off when ecc is below some preset value, or at high
altitude.

The Shuttle's autopilot just acts as a stableizer after the initial launch so the acent can be fine
tuned. Very nice when the timing is a bit of.

Usually I'm off only by a few degree and I force yaw,
autopilot is less powerful than humain control. the fuel
used is negligible (I never used all my rcs's fuel in my life :)

Anyway of course this would be possible.
