when i start out with the descartes my left shift wont work but for everything else it works

Now that is something, where we might help you... Do you mean SHIFT+ number for example? Could be related to the keyboard
handling of the Descartes.

I mean which keys Descartes uses for its own animations. According to the documents (Doc/DESCARTES/DSV.html), many animations
use Left Shift + number (1-7).


So, when you want to use Left-Shift + 1 for a MFD, it instead gets used by Descartes.

no i mean for all of the orbiter ships that use the left shift plus something it wont work
