New version of Orbiter Video making tutorial released

Thanks to the huge help of SimCosmos and AndyMcS..., the last french version is available in english, with a lot of improvments.
Sorry for some french screenshots, I'll be happy to update them if somebody runs the english version of WindowsMovieMaker and
sends me.

Happy to see that you eventually came back from Far Cosmos

But your pleasant drawings are gone away

About the tuto, it's not necessary to eat the whole thing!

Only some chapter titles and a handfull of good links.

A lot of the finest  Orbiter videos were done far before the publication of the old version.
