As chief project manager and joint owner of Brenton-McBrain Aerospace, I am pleased to announce that talks are
underway about the restart of the Orbiter Heavy Cruiser Project.  I recently downloaded a copy of Visual C++.NET
2005 and realised C++ is actually a lot easier than it makes out to be.  So we no longer have a gap in our
development team.  Assistant programmers would still be welcome, as it would make our job a lot easier ;)

I'm afraid the project's gone back on hold, due to lack of time.  I've got a spacecraft.dll version, but the DLL version
won't be ready for a while yet.

Hey, Brenton, do you have the *.3ds file?

Cheers,

It's in the devs area of the Brenton Space Agency site - not sure if the site still works though

You are the owner of that page, right? Still you don't know? :doubt:

I also am deeply warmed by the good-natured banter reciprocating from our aforementioned parties. ;)

Hi,

I've been away from the orbiter world for a little while now,
but now that I have more free time I'm interested in trying to make an addon,

I am fairly good in C++ and I was thinking about making a carrier for the DG,
launch the DG from planet, dock to the carrier, fly carrier to another planet, undock and land with the DG

that sound like what you had planned with your heavy cruiser

so if you're still interested in trying to get it going that would be really nice

Rob
