I have been experimenting with the auto pilot for the space shuttle models and I can't seem to
get the autopilot to work. I put in the TGT_ HEADING parameters like "42.230" in the scenario file
but it seems to make no difference. Does anybody know where i can get more documentation on
just how I do this?

I also have been unable to get the DH2 scenarios and many of the VInka multistage scenarios to
work. When I try to load some of them in the lates Orbiter release the screen just flashes white
and Orbiter closes.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

John:

Do not know if you got the Auto-pilot to work but I put the following line in Atlantis 3.2 and it
worked:

    TGT_HEADING <42.3> <309>

You have to insert this line in the SHUTTLE SECTION of Scenerio  file.

The first number is the heading to launch and the second number is the altitude of ApD but you
can not insert a number larger than 310 as the second number (do not know why).  Yes, you must
include the <> symbols when you insert the numbers.

I quit using the Auto-Pilot because I want to launch into a higher orbit.

Can not help you with your other problem. I never venture far from Earth.
