Shuttle Fleet Service Pack 1 (SP1) released - V4.1.8

Release of Service Pack 1 to the shuttle fleet.  This will bring the shuttle dll file up to version V4.1.8 which includes
some code cleanup and the scenario control option introduced with V4.1.6 that allows shuttle fleet usage with the ISS
V1.1 by Thorton available at Orbit Hangar.  Additionally, the manual is updated to include the ability to assign
individual masses to each of the three payload attachment points that can be released.  Included with this package
are preliminary STS-119 launch and rendezvous scenarios based upon a launch on 3/11/09.  The included solar array
(S6) is provided by Don Gallagher ("Donamy" ). The test scenario originally included in the V4.1.6 distribution is
included in this package (this is the scenario for testing with the ISS V1.1 package).   This package should only be
installed OVER a full V4.1.5 installation.
