I find that .MSH format is not there.
I am no expert in editing wikipedia.  It would be nice if it could be added.

Its a pure Orbiter internal file format. If we would add, it, many other formats which are more common in the world would
also be valid...

Well, some 3D modellers like AC3D can handle MSH files.
So why not?

Because its a special format for Orbiter and no wide-spread 3D format. Otherwise, many custom formats for other rare game
engines would also be valid, and I can't find any example in it.

Only because there are plug-ins available for exporting to this format, that does not mean its an established file format.

It looks like a different MSH format...
Orbiter MSH is text, while the link you referred is binary format.
