Updated Excel Orbit Simulator

There is a new version of my Excel Orbit program, on Janez's website, at

http://orbiter.vidmar.org/orbit-simulation.php

Added to the program, is an ability to select the units for displaying elapsed time, and a column for displaying the
continually updating true anomaly.

And it still has pictures
