STS-107 Orbiter Scenario

I have been working extensively on changing orbits and determining de-orbit burn locations and
entry interface.  I was wondering if anyone had developed an STS-107 scenario that puts the
shuttle at the 39 degree inclination orbit.  This is for checking some discrepancies in the official
report such as a de-orbit burn in the Northern Hemisphere as oposed to the Southern Hemisphere.
