Orbiter Sound issue

Hi, i want to ask to Dan, why you cant hear other ships when you are inside a planet atmosphere?.
I mean, it is ok you cant heard other ships in the space, but inside a planet whit an atmosphere, like
earth?(Green mars, Blue mars, and other earth like planets too)so, i want to know if you are going to
correc these?
