...orbit insertion?
I have 0.01deg Inclination,ApD of 37000km but PeD of 17000km,so when i`m at ApD i give full thrust but PeD decreases!!!WTF? How can get PeD increasing?

I suppose you are in prograde mode ?
If yes it's strange effectively. I never tried myself
but I know there are some thread that speak about that
in the official forum (see: http://orbit.m6.net/v2/read.asp?id=8977 )
perhaps a search on this subject will give you an answer ?
