Help Me Please

I have a problem in orbiter
when I load a scenery with a shuttle the SRBs ain't workin' !!!
In ANY mission and ANY Shuttle
The SRBs ain't light and I stand still
I have upgraded my ET & SRB to a more detailed one
but I don't think that is the problem
What can I do exepet re-insatall(cause I have(aprox) 300 addons that already installed)
