how do i use the sync orbit screen and how does it work

Does the phrase "RTFM" mean anything to you?

Seriously...the manual that comes with Orbiter explains everything in the program.  The manual is
called Orbiter.PDF, and is located in the /Doc folder of your Orbiter directory.  I'm usually the last
one to read a manual, but reading this one is a MUST if you're going to have any hope of using
Orbiter.
