Orbiter Forum site for Sale ?

If you are referring about the original website hosted by Martin ( http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/ ), then I'm afraid it is indeed down.
The forums however seem to still be available, you can of course use this one, or the one of the English community here : https://www.orbiter-forum.com/
