Default DG with high alpha reentry

Default DG aerodyanmics prevent 40 degree AoA reentries, this should help for people who want to do conventional DGIV/XR2 style reentries with default DG. I also added AutoHoverMFD + a new keyboard shortcut ctrl + B to engage both brakes at the same time.
