2010 D3d9 issues

I am running the Moonbase Alpha in D3d9 and are getting weird issues.  Mainly with the HUD. 

In the vessel the HUD that has the Ummu status is not showing.  I have other vessels that it does show up.  Any ideas how to fix this?
