Breaking News! DGIV-2 "Vanilla Five" Crashed in the Kennedy Space Center after it's elevons were ripped off during takeoff using the Atmospheric Flight Autopilot. All of the crew survived. Pilot Mike K. says "The warning system didn't say anything, I just looked out the window and the elevons were clean off I ejected me and the crew immediately." Investigators were baffled. The Chief Investigator couldn't believe it, he said that the DGIV-2 was a ship that had gone through tons of safety tests and had scored 5 stars, and this could lead to a total recall if the ship is not safe.

MER-S got a lot of posts about a DGIV wreck! But okay the wreck was a bug. I could still control with elevons but when I activate the atmospheric autopilot they dissappear. I posted this to brighten up the forum as well as tell about the wreck.
