I am trying to takeoff but the ISS is not going over cape carnveral not even close to coming near. Please help me

Accelerate time using the 'T' key on the keyboard a few times. To slow down the time, press the 'R' key. You'll see, ISS's orbit will pass over Cape Canaveral.
