There are spots in the DGIV-2 panel in both 2006P1 and 2010P1 that don't display correctly, making it hard to use the DGIV-2.

Note that only the middle panel has this problem. The screenshot was taken in Orbiter 2006P1.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

What computer and graphics card are you running. I have had this problem with my Sony Vaio laptop with a NVIDIA graphics card for a year now. I understand that it is a 'blitting' problem. There are a number of things you can try that might fix the problem.
There has been a thead on the orbiter forum about this for a long time, but the only advice offered so far is "get better graphics drivers".
