when i land it, it begins to jump , and i see exesif g forces in the warnings panel.
somtimes looking external and go back to cockpit solves the problem , then it stands stil.
can i fix that so if i land and come to a stop  it dont jumps .

Your vertical speed may be too low. Try to land on a good vertical speed by raising your nose. -2 m/s is good.
