I'm trying to put a resource attachment point on the Ceres space station in a place that makes sense for refueling the Arrow.  When I use the following in the Ceres configuration file, Orbiter still places the attachment point in the middle of the space station (The Arrow has to bury itself within the space station so it's within 100 meters or so of the center to refuel). What am I missing or is this a helpless situation?

Code: [Select]
BEGIN_ATTACHMENT
P -0.5 -9.1 -390.5  0 1 0  0 0 1 UCGOST
END_ATTACHMENT

UcDescription = fuel oxygen    ; resource keyword

Alright, I've found a work around to my problem.  I wish that it all could be done from the configuration file but at least the following works.  I created a new ship that is just a configuration file without a mesh or module.  In the configuration file, I include the UCGOST attachment point so the ship works as fuel station.  Then in the scenario editor I can create a new "ship" using the ghost ship configuration file and dock it to one of the exterior docking ports on Ceres.  Now I can refuel the Arrow by bringing it around 100 meters or so from that docking port.  There's no mesh so the docking port looks empty.

I'm still interested if someone knows a way to do this without resorting to a phantom ship.

Where in the documentation did you find how to do this?

We choose to run Oribiter sims, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.
