help im using a laptop

um i have some mods that need a control tab or wat ever so i cant moove peaple nore the  cars exsept for cars forward and back wards not left or right gramer  bad well i dont cheack wat i spell comonly and i check it rarely so i may be spaling it rong without now ing but dont mind that i need help? if this is in the rong place please tell me were it should be.i thinks it should be in the mos?

A laptop without "Tab" button ? Weird. The only thing I can recommand you is to modified the Keymap Config file with "Notepad" or something else to replace your "Tab" button for another one.
