Hello.

Let me just say that I am just amazed with what I am seeing here.
I have been dreaming for a sim like this since I was 14 years old. I kid you not.

Just OUTSTANDING.

However, I am a complete noob with your software yet I am very proficient with PCs.

So here is my question.

How can I change the cockpit to a view that looks more realistic? Like the one on the default Glider on one of the built in missions. I want to have the cockpit  all around me. If I can switch between views then that would be even greater.

I am pressing F8 but the new glider does not seem to have the cockpit I am talking about.

:(

Help?

Oh by the way, where do I go to configure my controls the way I want them? No need to tell me in detail. Just give a good direction and I will figure it out.

Thank you :)

The "new" Delta-Glider, which is the DG-IV, doesn't have a virtual cockpit like you see in the standard DG. There's no 3D cockpit. However, you have a lot more control on the DG-IV than the normal DG.

For your last question, you can configure your Orbiter keys by doing modifications in the "keymap" config file which can be find in your main Orbiter file. You said that you're good with PC, therefore, you don't need any explanation for this.

And yes, Orbiter is OUTSTANDING !
