Transfer of Crew

I am using the arrow and deltaglider now when i dock the deltaglider there is a way you can shutdown the delta
glider transfer the crew to the main ship but when i do that they dont show up in the Arrow crew list.  Is there
another way of transfering the crew besides a eva to the Arrow.

Alright got them over found out that once docked open both airlocks and perform eva down, but to shut down the
delta glider you need a piolt to do it and once you shutdown he dosent show up in the arrow.
