Hi. I wondered if those familiar with both projects could help me with an issue. I've edited the basic space elevator
scenario to place the DG IV in the North Elevator. However, when I eject it at geostationary orbit the landing gear and hover
engines fail. Is there a way to resolve this?

I had this problem also. I think its the way that the elevator is coded which I think its broken. I dont even know if there
is going to be a fix with this one

The problem is, if you are still interested, and if I am correct, is that the ship is suddenly experiencing a massive,
massive acceleration and deceleration.

My understanding is that while your DGIV is attached to the elevator, it still believes that it is wherever it was before. So
when it is released, it updates it's position, and for the briefest of instants the acceleration (the "G force") upon the
ship, according to the ship, reaches a quite insanely high peak. Cue bits breaking off the ship.

Try using the DGIV in safe mode?
