Unable to upload skin

Hey there.  I'm having trouble uploading a skin.  My total zip size is 3.89 mb which is under the 4mb maximum upload
size.  I go to upload my zip(the first step in uploading) and it just cuts back to the first "upload your zip" screen.  Is
my file size just too close to the maximum and therefore its rejecting it or is the upload not working?

I would say you're too close to 4megs.
