DGIV VROT scenario parameter

Sorry if this is a repeat post but I can't find any reference using search.

I have noticed that the scenario ships entry for the DGIV does not seem to contain a VROT line if I save the scenario when in
orbit around the Moon. Is there a reason for this?

VROT indicates angular velocity.
If your ship is not rotating, you will not have VROT.
It has nothing to do with DGIV.

Yes, but the ship's angular velocity is not zero when the scenario is saved. This is my point.
