Hello Dan, sorry to irritate you, but could I possibly make radio channels for the DGV once I get the recording device?

For example:

SPACETECH MUSIC CHANNEL
MUSIC FREQUENCYS

100.00Mhz | Air on a G string

123.00Mhz | Turn your eyes

123.05Mhz | 10 thousand reason

115.00Mhz | Air on a G string

SPACETECH NEWS CHANNEL

100.05Mhz | Joe Drank safely recovered

100.10Mhz | The fastest time from earth to the moon?

100.15Mhz | DeltaGlider-5 Skin repaint kit released!

100.20Mhz | DeltaGlider-5 Payload Kit released!

SPACETECH ADVERTISTMENT
FREQUENCYS

120.00Mhz | Prelude Base on-the-Moon room booking

120.05Mhz | Prelude Base on-Mars room booking

120.10Mhz | Prelude Base on-Phobos room booking

120.15Mhz | DGV Staff and equipment renting & hiring

eccetra eccetra, and probably anyone can add more channels.
Is it possible?

Perhaps you can't listen to channels if the Antenna is not extended.

:)

You can do that with Orbiter sound, record sound, tune OS radio and you get them.
You can also do them sequential with a timing, see doc ;)

I understood, but I think that is good enough to put some voice recordings in the right order on playlist, then while
listening the music suddenly the recorded voice appear saying "Hello, you are listening from the most expansive radio tower:
the NASA's radio! next 'Air on a G string'", then starts the "Air on a G string". It haven't channels where you can choose
songs, but...:music:...

Get a microphone and use this: http://www.freecorder.com/freecorder3/index.php
Is that you are looking for?
If true, then use the TrakAx: http://www.trakax.com/ Or should I say "the Ultimate creation tool!" (:prof:this is really
good).
This is an ar81's choice: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/?lang=en

Why make music in orbiter so difficult - turn on shoutcast - tune in "Cryosleep" station - then start orbiter ...  :music:

Now ... a shoutcast MFD would be kind of cool.... or maybe a MP3 MFD to my main music folder .... but we already kind
of have that ...

Better yet, have an MFD that controls iTunes... or patent, then begin production of a usb remote thing that controls iTunes
on your computer!

Sorry Dan, I just personaly belive that iTunes is much, much better with music than Orbiter sound, exept that you can't
control iTunes from within Orbiter...

iTunes sucks ... only because it's apple and for no other reason ....  :blbl:

okay - well that and the fact that it's counter intuitive to 98.4% of the planet. They [apple] don't let you do what you
want with your own computer in the interest of "protecting the music" (bs :prout: )

At any rate ... [down off my soap box]  Galelio if you're truly interested ... PM me with your real email and I'll send you
the info on how to do this yourself. It's really easy to capture the data stream to MP3 format. But again, why? Just
leave it running on the desktop in winamp or the web player and launch Orbiter.

Interesting, magic 98.3 in space, how about recording the actual radio channel, or maybe, when the multy player
comes out, talk shows!  That would be awesome!

Siajin (or Sia, or whatever), we don't realy care. Download Winamp. Do a web-search for Cryosleep. Download the file on the
site. Run the file in Winamp WHILE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. Listen. Watch your internet costs skyrocket.
