Vesselstate requirements (DGIV)

Hi!

I'd like to see the vessel-checks (D6x) updated/changed:
Reentry: Require Airlock to be _off_ as it is not needed (just hit K in the middle of reentry and you have fun;)
Takeoff: Same as above

Not time now.. there is more but it is basically only with the required active systems

Also: require the hydraulic pressure to be off (and gear retracted) for de/orbiting & reentry.

Good ideas... You need to suggest for DG V though. Dan is finished with the DG IV, and he is programming for a living
now on FS Passengers.

Great idea! I will add that to my part on the DGV... I got the checklist, and sound (some) files. They are mostly re-
used from OrbiterSound 3.5 & the DGIV.
