Alright....I'll admit it. I need it for other scenarios on Orbiter that need the DeltaGliderIII. If I've wasted your time,
I'm sorry. :(

2-I'm always ready to help there is no problem with your request, anyway I've spent thousand hours for free and
now I'm very busy trying to feed my familly, I have other things to do in a day than uploading old addons, still I can do
it if really necessary this is why I would have appreciated at least a good reason. For what I understand you don't
need the DGIII, you just need to replace in your scenario for example "GL01:DeltaGliderIII" by "GL02:
DeltaGliderIV
" and it would work. This was explained in a previous post.

Again I'm ready to help, but not loosing my time just because someone can't change two characters in a scenario.
Let me know if this don't work so we can help you or at last upload the DGIII.

Thanks for reading.

Dan

You could post the scenario text up here and someone will edit it and add a DGIV to it for you, though you'd have to specify
certain aspects like crew members and skin. That's why we always encourage people to do their own editing, that way they
learn more and get what they want.

I have the delta glider III , as explained above you just need to change a couple of lines of code for DGIV to work.

DGIII setup file is ~8 Mb

DGIV setup file is ~ 30 Mb

Obviously, as you can see, there is a lot less stuff in DGIII.   DGIV (havent' actually had time to play with it yet) looks
like it has more stuff and to me I'd want to play with all the bells and whistles and the latest update as soon as I
could.

But as you or someone stated they would like it for research purposes then maybe it would be advantageous to all of
us that he may be a future developer to a new kind of jet??

If someone here really needs DGIII I could probably find a bit of time to zip and e-mail it.

Actually, I can think of one feature of the DGIII that the DGIV doesn't have: The ability to control the ship when there's
nobody in it. I realize it's unrealistic, but there's no other way I know of to simulate remote control of a DeltaGlider. The
Orbiter Rcontrol module lets you control engines and stuff, but won't let you control every switch on the Delta Glider. I
have a certain scenario using the Hius interplanetary ship that requires me to close the inner and outer airlocks on a
DeltaGliderIV when there's nobody in the ship. I so far haven't figured out a way to do this, but if I remember correctly, it
was possible with the DeltaGliderIII. Does anyone know of a way that this can be done?

Well, the dg5 config program has an option to control the ship if a pilot isn't on board.  I would assume that works if
NO ONE is on board but I haven't tried it.

All i'm saying is that if Capricorn is that desperate, do research! Because he's probably not going to find the DGIII.:ptdr:
