I second that! The DGIV is a piece of art, and I really appreciate the effort you put in it, Dan!
Thank you very much!

Now, I would like to show my appreciation in a more tangible way than mere words in a forum.
So, would you please tell me if you'd prefer me to ...

a) buy a FSPassenger download version
b) buy a FSPassenger CD
c) buy you something from your Amazon.fr wishlist (which you would probably have to create, first ...)
d) directly send you the money for option a); either by PayPal or some other means
e) do something else
(failure to accept any option will inevitably lead to option a! :blbl: )

:gift:

Do not buy FsPassengers from FSQuality Software... prefer the downloadable version...

BTW Thanks for your hard work, Dan! Now, FsP awaits you! :blbl:

Done. One FsPassengers bought. :)

About the beer: Getting it to you might prove more costly than the beer itself, so I'll reserve this until we can drink it
together ... ;)

Dan, will your next project be a version of FSPassengers that will work on FSX? I thought about downloading another copy and
trying it out but previous experience with incompatable add ons for FSX was a disaster. FSX is really picky about that. It
can ruin an installation and prevent a reinstall of FSX. You have to download a special registry cleaner or FSX will refuse
to reinstall.

I'll try at least, FsP involved so many "cheat" to get what is impossible wit the SDK
(gear falure belly landing, engine progressive failure) so it's planned that I work on that
after DGIV...

Thank you Dan and of course Martin.  Also gratitide to all the beta testers.

I would buy FSP (it looks like it really adds a whole 'nother level to FS) if I had FS, and I would have FS if I had a
computer that could handle it.  I don't know but my average FPS for Orbiter is about 15, and Orbiter is small time
graphics-wise.

Merci beaucoup aussi.

(First of all, the DGIV is a masterpiece-- I'm not sure how many times I've said that, but that takes nothing away from
the fact that it is 100% true)

I must say, FsPassengers is excellent software, I first downloaded a trial version a long time ago, and noticed its
elegant design instantly, notably this was exactly my first reaction to the DGIII, and keep in mind that I did not know
the source of this motif was Dan, and thereby was not at all surprised at the awe-inspiring similarities in the designs
when I discovered this fact.  Of course, I just about fell of of my chair when I first saw the DGIV it its final stages (I
think it was beta 8, might have been 9... I can't remember exactly... I could look that back up, but I'm too lazy right
now).

I'd buy FsPassengers, but I'm sorry to say that I have no way of paying for it, and seeing as I'm not yet 18, and also
a U.S. resident, I am not able to send you "refreshments" aside from the fact that I also would be unable to pay for
the shipping
(Just in case any of you didn't already know:  Consumption is illegal in the U.S. prior to 21, but its against the law for
anyone under 18 to be in possession... This is the government's way of saying "WARNING:  Keep out of reach of
children," because nobody can hurt themselves with what they don't have access to... this is all in theory mind you,
but it is an effective deterrent when everything is said and done, despite the negligence of our government with that
three year gap and all...)

So, here's the deal.  Because at the moment I am only capable of repaying you with kind words, which I am aware
are incapable of paying for living expenses, my true donation is a rain-check:  the moment I am capable of any true
repayment I will wire it to you immediately-- you have my word on that.
(As a brief note, people who know me would testify under oath that my word is best measured in gold bullion, and
that they would not hesitate to loan me what ever I needed or tell me a secret that they fear would cause bad things
if made public, etc. because I am trustworthy, and have proven this time and again.  So, when I say you have my
word on that, as cheep as talk is, it really means something.)

All of your work is excellent, more power to you.

Dan, I must say, Thank You Very Much, for this beautiful add-on. This is quite the piece of work!!
You deserve to take all the time off that you need to recover from the countless hours you've put into it!
A well deserved vacation and time with your family is important to you now.

Thanks again for the excellent work!

Apparently that's, been tried before, as mentioned on this thread (
http://orbiter.dansteph.com/forum/index.php?topic=11928.msg183486#msg183486 , and you can find more examples if you search the forum
for "Paypal" ):

Quick suggestion: put a Paypal button on your Orbiter page so we can show our appreciation in a measurable way
for the cool addons you do... You deserve it.

Already tried the "donate" button for DGII and OrbiterSound...earned US$ 17.00 in 8 month, bouton removed :)

Dan

Of course, one wonders what would happen if Dan were to put the button back up.

Then again, he probably makes more money from folks who buy FSPassengers out of appreciation for the DGIII / DGIV. After all,
in a way, those people are getting two great products for the price of one.

(Why is the forum software adding carriage returns in odd places, here?)

Dan, I have tried your FSP trial, (Which I must say it puts Microsoft's programmers to shame) And I absolutely LOVE it.
Unfortunately, I am spoiled by FSX, and It makes me sad that FSP is FSX incompatible. I would buy FSP, but I would
like to wait and see if you will release a FSX version. ;) If you do, I'll pay you DOUBLE for FSP because I like it that
much.  You deserve to be rewarded for your hard work (It's hard to be your own boss), and should probably be on
the front of every Programming, computer, and "Geek" magazine there is!
