I haven't experimented with that payload. Does it have actual life support capabilities or is it just a normal payload?

Just musing over the thread. You've done enough Dan. We all know what happens when you spend too much time around electronics.
http://cosmiclog.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2007/05/22/199945.aspx?GT1=9951That's about what I was thinking. It would require a .dll and be for the most part a simple space ship with no or limited
RCS. A possible scenario would be an accident requiring a crew to eject from a DGIV on, or in orbit of a small remote moon in
the Jupiter/Saturn/Neptune systems with help a week or two away from a base on one of the large moons.
You unload the MK5 life raft from the cargo hold and then eject the crew, activate the raft like you do the sattelite. When
it inflates to a sphere or watever shape it makes it becomes a simple Obiter ship with Ummu. Just enter it like you would the
sample ShuttlePB and await rescue.
It seems the hardest parts would be the animation of the life raft and coding the .dll. Might even be possible to adapt the
ShuttlePB sample Ummu code to do the job. Of course there's where my experience in modding ends. In the 3D field I've started
to master Easy Object Designer for FS2004 and my coding experience is limited to TRS80 Color Computer Basic from 20 years ago.
Oh how I wish I had time to learn all the things I would like to learn to do. Of course then I wouldn't have time to do the
things I really have to do. Like fix my tractor that blew it's solenoid this afternoon.
