Dan,

This is looking great.  You have really outdone yourself.  Seriously.

Since everyone else seems to have some capability they would like to see, I have a feature request for the Ummu -
I'd like to see some sort of helmet-mounted floodlight to allow EVAs after sunset, on the dark side of the planet, etc.,
etc...

Sorry to repost this from the m6 thread but I'm not sure if Dan read it there:

Dan, due to the stripe on the helmet, the text is hard to read. Perhaps it is just the angle of the screenshot. Maybe you
could adjust the stripe or change it around so it doesn't intersect the text? I like the different suit options though!  :)

Also, I liked the white pocket version of that suit.

Saw that, corrected, not time to reply on m6 ;)

Thanks anyway,

Dan, I think you should upload the DGIV exhaust textures as a texture replacement, they have to be the best exhaust textures
ever. :)

I don't think it should have scram jets, because the scram jets don't seem to do anything.

Scram jets only work at high altitudes and high speeds. They work very well when using them correctly. But Dan's
turbopump system is so much cooler and powerful. I don't think scram jets are necessary. Doesn't help much, adds a
lot more work for Dan to do modelling and programming, adds another bulky area sticking out, and is overall not
worth it.

It saves your main fuel like the XR1. Can you have your name as a default pilot?;)

Plenty of fuel available in DGIV. You can't completely rely on scrams only in DG unless you plan on a high atmospheric
flight at a constant altitude and landing at a new base.
And I think Dan is worthy of having his own name as default pilot! Just don't crash, lol!

Would be also completely unrealistic, where to put them now ? the poor DGIV doesn't have anymore
even a place for a thoothbrush and one want to add large engine that weight at least 1 ton
and all the related material ? (exhaust, tank, pump, computer)

Maybe in a caravan that is behind ?

Come on... If DGIV is just a toy for kid I preffer adding Screw Crusher Punch

Don't eject above a mountain either, even if that would be realistic.;)
And, yeah, one thing I mentioned was "adds another bulky area sticking out."

Scene I made with the new MMUs:

"3 scientists, 2 body-guards and the president all stare in awe at the mysterious black box below..."

Maybe you should add a black suit UMmu, for special operation, SEALs or... men in black!

I restrain myself to not do any "army" of offensive stuff, maybe we can pretend the world is not anymore violent in
20** ?? ;)   (Security may be a fireworker, not armed)
