It IS a damn funny picture, though.  In fact, it's so damn funny I don't mind seeing it in stereo.
I just hope Dan's not FEELING that badly.  (back OT) ;)

Well dan, I must say, that's a fine piece of metal you've got in that picture there.

just take it easy. I remember this old book I read in high school about this kid who breaks his leg twice and some
bone marrow enters his heart and kills him.

something like that, anyway. very sad story, and we simply don't want that to happen ever with you dan! :)

A Separate Peace, that's what it''s called.. set during ww2 if I recall correctly.

it really makes me want to re-read itafter so long..

Hey Dan,

Hope your leg heals up fast.  But man.... it looks like you were either A.) Playing around with the nail gun   B.)
Tripped while the nail gun was in your tool belt   C.) There was some freak accident and the story is really, really
long.  It doesn't matter how it happened, though....... You should ask the dotor for some more morphine.

P. S. Ask him for a lotttttttttttttttttttt of morphine, it will make you feel like your leg is healing up faster :drunk:

Morphin "wow" effect stop really fast unless you increase dose just for
this purpose so I rely simply on my own clean mind to be happy ;)

Accident was idiot, I simply felt badly while climbing a mountain, no rails gun involved here...

Were you imitating Captain Kirk in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home?  As I recall, he was climbing a mountain just
because it was there, and slipped.  Of course, he had Spock with him, who just happened to be wearing hover boots
and caught him before he hit bottom.

Did you forget to invite a Vulcan friend with hover boots to go climbing with you?

Hope you continue to get better so you can.....Live Long and Prosper.

Climbing a mountain...
Was it very steep?
I used to fear height so when I am in a mountain I use to watch my step very carefully.
So you may imagine how I felt when I took the canopy tour, traveling hanged from a cable with a pulley, travelling as fast as
a hover bike in Star Wars and watching the treetops from above....
