G is all about time you experience it... You can get instant 20 G without G-Loc and a sustained 5 G with G Loc,
here the graph about DGIII/IV crew G response. Taken from real medical data. (trained crew with anti G suit)

Loss of consciousness and death if last too long, The fact is that blood don't irrigate well the brain this is the main
cause of problem, you can experience also breathing trouble at high G.

Perhaps this should be a new post?  Anyway, imagine a noob posting in the right thread.

Here's my question concering G-lock.  Do y'all think I should be suffering from it while docked at Mir?  I'm playing the
scenario that comes with the DGIII, and keep getting excess G's while I'm still docked or backing slowly away.

No doubt this is covered in some of the documentation, anyone care to point me?

Thanks for the hand, great d/l, great site.

kash

After another day of playing around, I'm thinking this is one of those Orbiter2006/DGIII bugs.

I am wondering. I've never experienced G LOC when reentry. I usually burn up before I get the Gs...

I was trying to do an aerobrake orbit-insertion to Venus 90km out. My ship burned up before I even reached any Gs...any ideas? Oh and is there any addon aerobrake shield for the DGs or wouldn't it matter cus the Dg don't take them into account?

Really, kids withstand G sometimes better then their untrained parents. It's strange, but a fact. My daughter (11 now)
feels on 2G (in aerobatics zone) better than my wife.

Perhaps your delta V is insufficient?  Or is it AOA issues?

No no no... It's all about the angle on successive reentry.  :ptdr:

Sorry, can't help you wit hthis one. I either re-enter just fine without any issues - or I burn up long before gravity
becomes an issue for me.
