Scenario Files

Can somebody tell me how to edit scenario files?

open then with a text file
for modifying them, i thing i saw some editor on orbithangar.com (could be mistaken)
but most of the text is self-explainable

Any text editor will do (even Notepad, but I prefer Crimson Editor, for the extra file possibilities). Just open up one of
the existing .scn files and use it as a template. Don't forget to rename.
