Gmax to .msh converter

Does any body use the max2msh tool by Mindblast to convert gmax files?
if so can you please help me out and tell me how to work it because i am lost and clueless and the readme is not very
helpfull

I use it.
Install as specified in the manual:

Installing the package

- unzip the max2msh.ms to the directory scripts\startup\ in your gmax directory
  make sure you restart gmax afterwards or manually execute the max2msh.ms once
- unzip the GMaxMshGrabber.exe and GMaxMshGrabHook.dll to a directory of your choice
  the dll should be placed in the same directory as the exe

- Start gmax
- Start Mesh Grabber
- Use Grabber's "grab to file" button and specify where should the mesh be saved
In gmax:
- Go to utilities tab
- Click "MaxScript"
- Chose "Export *.msh file"
- Chose "Dump to Listener"
- "Start export"
- You see the white frame in the lower left corner. Click it. Press spacebar.
The mesh grabber should display that the export has started.
