DGIII is mostly controlled by panels, although some help can be found on help display.

That is on the DGIII lower panel.

Read the DGIII Manual! If you don't want to read the whole thing use the index at the front. Where do you think we
learned all the commands and things? The manuals of course. But manuals are not an overnight solution. The best
way is to gradually build up your skills and knowledge or how Orbiter works, like we all did here.
